Rooted in the understanding that nothing is inherently wrong with us, but rather, we have been shaped by and adapted to our childhood experiences, I integrate research-based techniques as a professional to heal the whole person with a resilient and growth mindset, building on the inherent strength of survivors. Drawing from my own experience as a trauma survivor, I utilize empathy and relational connection to break through the isolation and hopelessness often associated with trauma.
